da Eira is a newly refurbished 3 bedroomed farmhouse. Located in the countryside
between Loule and Almancil. The villa is secluded offering total privacy
and relaxation. The farmhouse is surrounded by fruit trees and has countryside
views to Loule. It is a 20 minutes car journey from Faro airport and a
10 minutes journey to the beautiful sandy beach of Quarteira. Almancil
and Loule are a 5 minute car journey offering plenty of shops, restaurants
and bars. The owner is a wheelchair user so it is fully accessible.
The villa has three double bedrooms, all en-suite. The main bedroom has
a king size bed and the other two have twin beds. All shower rooms have
wheel in showers. There is a large lounge/dining room with satellite TV,
DVD player and mini HI-FI. The property has the option of air-conditioning
for those hot summers. It has a 10m x 5m swimming pool with hoist. There
is a large terrace and BBQ. The property manager is English and prices
start from £350. |

in between Almancil and the old market town of Loule, this elevated position

will sleep twelve people in extreme comfort (six bedrooms), ideal for a
large group or family gathering, however Casa do lasco is still homely
enough for a smaller group or a family that require more space around them.
The sleeping accomadation compromisesof 4 double bedrooms (one with a balcony)
and two twin bedrooms all with stunning sea views. Two of the double bedrooms
and one of the twin bedrooms have full ensuite facilities, and there are
a further two bathrooms, making a total of five full bathrooms altogether.
All bedrooms have full central heating, ideal for winter rentals.

pool is now being let for first time in 2007. Villa Amarella sleeps 12
comfortably. Villa Amarella has 3 twin rooms on the ground floor each with
floor to ceiling cupboards and has been refurbished in modern style. On
the first floor is a huge 4th ensuite bedroom / flat with its own terrace
and seating overlooking the garden and pool. Bliss! This room comfortably
accommodates up to 6 people using standard beds and 2 sturdy portable beds.
Enabling occupancy of up to 12 people in the villa. 2 x portable cots also
available so it is possible to increase capacity slightly. There are 3
bathrooms and a further WC. 2 of the bathrooms are ensuite. Three
double doors lead to the wonderful, exceptionally large pool terrace and
heated pool. A raised dining area with marble table and chairs leads off

Master bedroom has queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and private balcony.
Twin bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, private balcony and
ensuite bathroom with wc, bidet, washbasin and walk in power shower.
3rd bedroom has one single bed and 1 bunk bed with pull out bed underneath
sleeping a maximum of 4. All bedrooms have cooling fans. Travel cot

been tastefully furnished to the highest standard and the lounge both the
bedrooms have their own balconies with exceptional sea views overlooking
the pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom
twin beds which can be changed to a king size. The bathroom has a
full size bath with over bath shower, bidet, wc, illuminated shaving mirror
and hairdryer. The kitchen is very spacious and fully fitted with
a gas hob, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, iron and ironing board and fully equipped for cooking. The lounge/dining
room has table and chairs for 6 people, 3 seater sofa with pull out bed
to convert to a double, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, video.DVD player, radio/tape/cd
player. Our apartment is located perfectly just a five minute walk
from the village centre of Alvor. Alvor is an unspoilt fishing village
close to Portimao, with a maze of cobbled streets lined with numerous restaurants,
bars and shops. |

kms away and the Penina Hotel offers world class Cuisine and tastefully
