in centre of Zell, only 100m from lifts, 250m from lakeside, perfect for
all amenities of this charming lakeside ski resort. Lovely views of ski
slopes. Its a really wonderful and beautiful resort with excellent local
sking and access to all round skiing on the glacier. Less than 100 metres
to the new lift station and 250 metres to the lakeside. Its on a quiet
road, off the main drag so nice and quiet but still very close to the shops
and restaurants. There is a small supermarket and bakery just 50 metres
away and plenty of restaurants and shops within 100 metres. In the summer
there is alos a lot to do and the closeness to the lakeside is a real asset.
