Alkabir is set in attractive
landscaped gardens and boasts a splendid swimming pool suitable for all
ages. There is ample sunbathing area on the surrounding patios and a pool
side bar. The nearest local beach is a 5 minutes walk away, with a summer
bar located on it. The beautiful sandy beach at Playa Muchavista/San Juan
is 5 minutes drive away. The holiday accommodation which sleeps up to 7
plus a cot, comprises of a small patio garden leading into an open plan
living/dining room and American style kitchen, on the first floor there
are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom, on the second floor there is a double
bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a roof terrace leading
off the top bedroom. Sleeps 7. |

The apartment is a modern,
two bedroom, air conditioned apartment on the third floor of a private
residential complex. (Lift to all floors) The apartment’s terrace overlooks
the communal swimming pools and boasts fabulous panoramic views of mountains
and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace is not overlooked by any other properties
and looking north along the coast of Costa Blanca, the views extend some
20km. The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom and can sleep
up to six people by utilising the sofa bed in the living room if required.

Fuma area of Campello just north of the main town is only 25 minutes drive
from the airport. The centre of Coveta with its bars and restaurants is
a couple of minutes by car. Nearby Campello with its beach and promenade
lined with restaurants and bars is 5 minutes drive away and offers all
amenities and services including the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway.
The House which sleeps up to 8 comprises of a living/dining room with a
TV and DVD player, a fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite, 1 twin
bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and a shower room. The villa is air conditioned.
On the outside there is a front terrace and pool side terrace both with
sea views, a private pool and an outside barbeque area. Sleeps 8. |
