de la Torre, within 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and to the beach.

by beautiful views.

Alhaurin
el Grande is 20 mins by a scenic drive from the coast where there are many
beautiful beaches. This new property, finished in the spring of 2002 is
of a high standard, equipped with all the facilities and near to Torremolinos,
Benalmadena and Mijas, just 20 minutes to Fuengirola and 40 to Marbella.
A two
and a half hour drive will get you to the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada in
the winter and spring period. Ideal situation for visiting the typical
villages of Malaga.
There
are many picturesque routes into the mountains and lake areas are all within
20 minutes of the villa.
Tivoli
World fun park for children and adults and spectacular marina in Benalmadena,
and a new crocodile park within 10 mins drive, Clay pigeon shoot 5 mins
drive, 3 golf courses within 15 mins.

you to construct a tailor-made holiday. For your convenience, the car is
delivered to the airport.
The villa is within 10 mins
drive from the town with all amenities, including a large hypermarket,
selling many British products, a Chinese restaurant, many pizzerias, Tapas
Bar and many "Ventas" (typical Spanish restaurants). The house is maintained
to a high standard and all clients will be greeted by the owner on arrival.
A welcome pack of coffee, tea, bread, milk etc. will be waiting. A house
book of maps, brochures and local events is provided.
The prices above are for
1 apartment to sleep max. 5 (only in winter season), 2 apartments to sleep
max 9 people or 3 apartments to sleep max 13 people, the three dwellings
are rented as one property, swimming pool and garden are private only for
your party.
Prices
include: Gardener, swimming pool
maintenance, weekly maid service, weekly change of linen and towels (beach
towels not included), electricity, gas and water.
30% booking deposit by bank
transfer. Balance due one month prior to holiday or cash on arrival.
Bookings from Sunday to Sunday
(flexible during winter season). Arrival time after 4pm, departure before
11am.
Refundable Damage deposit
