All you need is a valid drivers license and a credit card.

By paying an excess and by complying with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and subject to exceptions, the liability for damage of loss is limited as above. Failure to comply with the conditions of the rental agreement and exceptions will render the renter liable for the value of the total loss. 

Where damage and/or loss is caused by the renter driving the vehicle on roads not suitable for the vehicle, or the driver is drunken or intoxicated, the exception liability will apply. Vehicles hired are to remain within the boundaries of South Africa. Approval must be given by Around About Cars should the period of the rental be extended. The extension period is to be prepaid prior to commencement of said period. Insurance cover lapses if approval is not obtained. Passport and current unendorsed drivers licence are compulsory. * Renter and authorised driver must be in possession of a valid unendorsed drivers licence. Minimum age is 18 years. 

Minimum charge period is 24 hours. All major Credit Cards are accepted Vehicles leave with a empty tank of petrol and returned empty. 
Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice. Vehicles rented are subject to our standard rental agreement.

Rates exclude:
Refundable deposits: R1000 for fuel and optional extras, etc will be taken at the beginning of your rental, child-seat - fuel -  contract fee  - delivery and collection fees 
out of a 35 km radius of major cities  - young drivers (under 23) surcharges  - once off additional drivers charges - after hours and weekend delivery and collection fee  - 
excess  - accident administration fee  - one way drop off fee  - extension rates (if you extend your rental without approval) - over boarder fee R 1000 for Mozambique  - 
cellphone insurance cost R 9.95 per day, free incoming calls
