The highly acclaimed Goya Restaurant offers a menu with Spanish delicacies prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients, based on traditional recipes. This menu is complemented by a variety of creative dishes, original in concept and presentation influenced by the French and Basque Cuisine. The creator of this Cuisine is our chef Jorge González, together with his great team.

In Spring and Summer the Terrace and Gardens of the Hotel Ritz are the perfect  meeting place in Madrid for a delightful al fresco lunch or dinner, or to sample traditional Spanish tapas.  White wicker armchairs and marble tables covered with crisp linen tablecloths are to be found throughout the shaded terraces and enchanting gardens of the hotel to create the perfect place to relax and linger over our delicious Spanish cuisine.
