K is a complex of exclusive, privately owned villas of one, two or three
bedrooms each, many of which have their own private swimming pools. Comfort
and privacy in a peaceful and serene location overlooking the sea and the
island of Paros.
We offer self-catering
accommodation, in a family atmosphere, run by my husband & myself.
It was created to provide you with comfort along with privacy, in a quiet
atmosphere, far away from city life. We are situated on the Southwest
coast of the island of Naxos, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking
the sea and the island of Paros. Wonderful views & a ten minutes walk
to some of the best sandy beaches in the island. Spectacular sunsets over
the island of Paros. |

| TYPES
OF ACCOMODATION OFFERED
1) In the main
complex of Kamari village: there are a total of 5 villas, built on a slope
so as not to obstruct each other’s views. There is a central swimming pool
(11m x 6m) and a large covered sitting area with comfortable sofas, books
& games for all to use. In this section there are two semi-detached
1bdrm villas (A), two 2bdrm/2bthrm villas (B & C), and one 2bdrm/2bthrm
villa with its own private pool (D).
2) In the new
section of Kamari Village: located on the same site as the main complex
but further up the same hill. This section features exclusively homes with
private pools. There are a total of four homes: one 1bdrm villa (E), two
2bdrm/1bthrm villas (F & G) and one 3bdrm/2bthrm villa (H). |

Type A: 1-bdrm villa w/shared pool: |

There
are two semi-detached one-bedroom villas. Cycladic architecture, white
washed walls and blue shutters. They are situated in the main complex of
Kamari Village, where there is a swimming pool (11m x 6m) and a large covered
sitting area with comfortable sofas, books and games for all to use. This
section has three detached 2bdrm villas and two semi-detached 1bdrm villas.
Each
type A villa has one bedroom (with a double bed), shower/wc, and open plan
living/dinning/kitchenette. Kitchens have a refrigerator, cooking range,
toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine. Hair dryer and radio/CD
player. Each villa has a front covered patio overlooking the sea. Villa
sleeps two. |

Types B & C: 2-bdrm/2bthrm villas w/shared pool: |

These
villas are two of three detached villas, which are built on a slope, so
as not to obstruct each other’s views. Cycladic architecture, white washed

Village, where there is a swimming pool (11m x 6m) and a large covered
sitting area with comfortable sofas, books and games for all to use. This
section has three detached 2bdrm villas and two semi-detached 1bdrm villas.
Each
villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has
its own en-suite bathroom. There is another shower/wc, open plan living/dinning/kitchenette.
