for from 6 to 12 people, an Infinity swimming pool at your door, and reasonable
peak season and low season rates.
Magic Sands, Kailua-Kona's only white sand beach for body surfing, is located a block from FW Estate. Aqua waters and tall coconut trees will make you want to linger there. Adjacent to the beach is Jameson's, where you can dine seaside on gourmet fare. |

| One
of the favorite features of FW Estate is its Infinity swimming pool. An
Infinity pool cleans and aerates the water by constantly flowing it over
one edge of the pool.
Visitors can lounge on the front lanai next to the pool and enjoy the sights and sounds or get their exercise swimming laps. |

| The
tropical landscaping surrrounding FW Estate adds to the seclusion and privacy.
Lounges on the grass beckon visitors. The real barbecue is made of lava
rock and is perfect for broiling your fresh catch.
The family room is a comfortable place to relax. It has leather couches and Futons, TV, DVD & VCR. The koa armoire hold books and games galore. A gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, huge refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and all the extras. |

Right off the front lanai sits the "Peggy Hopper" bedroom. It has a queen bed and a private bath. It connects to the cottage via double doors. This main floor bedroom offers tremendous flexibility to FW Estate as its "lock-off" feature allows the home to be rented as a three bedrooms, three baths, with a separate 2/2. It can also be configured as a 4/4 and a separate 1/1. Families wanting privacy from children or separate families traveling together love this feature. |

master "Royal" suite has a king, a queen and two twin beds. The room is
designed to work for different group situations.
This room has it all: a cupola. TV, VCR, stereo, and fabulous view. The master suite has a beautiful marble bathroom, jacuzzi for two, and huge walk-in closet. |

On the upper level is the "Lighthouse Bedroom." It has a king size bed and a twin bed. The view from the window affords beautiful sunset scenes over the blue Pacific. Look for the "green flash" as the sun slips into the sea. |

Room."
It has a king size bed, TV, stereo, lanai, and a view of Mauna Loa from its private lanai. |

Main House & Cottage Combo: (Sleeps 12) Rates are $450 per night. Includes all of the above listed in Package 1 plus:
The "Cottage," which is actually a wing of the main house, can be locked off from the rest of the house and rented separately. It also has the flexibility to be rented with one or two bedrooms. It has a full kitchen and a family room as well. |
