| This
grand, four bedroom home has a spacious layout, huge pool and heated spa....as
well as just about anything else you can think of!!!
The Residence
is located on the South side of the island near Cape Marco. It is
12 minutes to the sun filled open waters of the gulf and only a 15-20 minute
boat ride from Tiger Tail Beach. By automobile Serenity is about
5 minutes from public beaches and the "Hotel" district which offers fine
dining and numerous shops.
In the Great
room the leather couch turns into a Queen size sleeper and both love seats
recline fully. Tables have glass tops with beveled, contoured
edges and there is a huge, palm fan to cool you on those nights when the
ocean breeze makes the AC un-necessary. Vaulted ceils provide that
spacious look the newer Florida homes are famous for. |

| The Great room
comes fully equipped with a 48" home theater with cable TV,
Surround sound, VCR, DVD Player, and CD Disc Changer (and we have tapes
and DVD's for the kids). Central Audio can bring music to almost
every room in the house including the Pool, Master Bath and Garage.
The huge glass sliders retract completely out of the way to allow spacious,
open access to the Pool and Spa area.
In Serenity,
there is both a Great room and a Sitting room. The sitting room
allows you to relax and converse outside of the main stream of family traffic
yet still be part of what is going on. Board Games, Dominos and Chess
are provided for when you want to spend a quite evening at home.
Many of the appointment have been brought back from our travels to places
all over the world. |

Our kitchen
boasts a walk in pantry and a full length cabinet for extra storage.
This IS NOT a "Part Time" kitchen as many homes have - this kitchen is
equipped with everything one would need to prepare a five course meal.
Including the Dishwasher, Microwave, Wall Oven and Cook Top.
All food preparation amenities have been provided One of the
things we loved most about the kitchen in Serenity was the high ceiling.
It made the room feel so grand. Also, the design and placement of
the kitchen allowed for easy viewing of the pool area during food preparation
- perfect for keeping track of the kiddies. |
| The Breakfast
Nook seats four at the table and four at the breakfast bar. The table
and chairs were imported from Mexico for placement here in Serenity.
Easy access to the Lanai from the kitchen makes serving outside a snap.
Large windows and sliders seek to optimize the water and pool views.
Tile throughout the common rooms means easy enjoyment without the
worry of a spill ruining the floor. |

In the Master
Bedroom, the slider opens on either side to allow easy access to the Pool
area. There is a King size bed and the room has its own on-suite
(bath) with dual showers and a soaking tub as well as a huge, walk-in closet.
A VCR and TV are provided along with a ceiling fan/light that can be controlled
from the doorway. The ceiling has been trayed to provide additional
height over the bed. |
| In the Dolphin
Room, there is a Queen bed and twin French doors lead onto the Patio which
looks out at the water. His/Hers reclining lounge chairs are
right outside your door. Since the pool area is covered with
a lanai (screened porch), you can sleep with the doors open and have no
fear of insects. The Dolphin room boasts Cable TV, a ceiling fan
and alarm clock as well as central audio. |

The Manatee
Room is equipped with a twin bunk bed and a home office (computer and multi-function
center that supports color printing, scanning and fax). Internet
access is available for surfing the web or checking email. This room
provides needed privacy for catch-up projects while you are away, while
serving as an extra bedroom for larger groups. Maximum weight on
the top bunk is 90 lbs.

| The Porpoise
Room room is furnished with two, twin beds, a large dresser and night stand.
It also has Cable TV, N64 (w/games), ceiling fan and light that can be
controlled from the doorway. |

| Our
wonderful pool and spa are electrically heated and thermostatically controlled
from inside the house using a "state of the art" Jandy/Aqua Link control
system.
The water from
the spa flows over the glass block into the pool creating a soothing waterfall
effect. The pool is extra deep on the near side, but shallow at the
far end (by the spa). Lanai access to the dock is supported
at either side of the lanai.
Just behind and
to the right of the spa you can see the French doors to the Dolphin room.
This area of the Lanai allows guest a bit more privacy from the main section
while offering easy access to the spa and pool. 4 lounge chairs (2
not shown) are provided for sunning and relaxing. We offer an assortment
of pool toys and floats for the children.
The gas grill
has been located near the Kitchen for ease of access.
seating for six is provided at the large, hexagonal table. There
is central audio to the pool area and overhead lighting and fan above the
table.
Serenity is at
the end of a quite, wide canal, so there is no boat traffic passing by
the residence to distract you from the wonderful view. On occasion
you can even catch the dolphins chasing fish up the canal trying to trap
them at the seawalls edge. Our area of the island is filled
with new, upscale homes and we live on a quite, dead end block, so there
is little passing street traffic.
We think you
will agree that we have a wonderful canal view to share with you.
Guests frequently fish directly off the dock as they sit and enjoy the
sun. We have provided Dock side water and electric in the event you
bring or rent a boat. There is a fish cleaning station to help you
prepare anything you catch for the grill. We even have a shower at
the dock for you to rinse off with after a long day on the gulf.
Serenity is oriented
with the back of the house to the East for your enjoyment of Florida's
wonderful sunrises.
