has it's own marina and is close to the beach, cafes, outdoor restaurants
and walking distance to everything that would make a vacation memorable
and fun. It is a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo in Old Naples and
sits waterfront right in the heart of town. It is off 5th Ave. (south)
across from Tin City. It views the Naples Bay, which goes out to the ocean
as well as the Exclusive Naples Yacht & Sailing Club. it is walking
distance to all that is happening in Naples. Fishing, Boating, Yachting,
Dinner Cruising & Waterside Restaurants are all located across the
street. |

condo is fully equipped for long term rentals and even sports a home theater
system that interfaces with JPEG, MP3's etc. The master has a Queen size
bed w/a separate vanity appointed with decorative lighting, huge walk in
closet & private bath. There are Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom suite,
private full bath, cable TV and separate laundry room w/ washer & dryer. |

The
condo actually sits waterfront on a very private and quite little island
right in the heart of Old Naples. The condo is on the Naples Bay, which
you may know takes you out to the gulf of mexico, viewing the exclusive
Naples Yacht & Sailing Club. You can walk directly across the street
and dine at anyone of the fabulous florida seafood restaurants that are
on the water...you don't even need a car. You can walk to anyone of the
lovely outdoor cafe's, coffee shops, five star dining and disco's on 5th
or 3rd Avenue. You are within seven minutes to both of the local zoo's
and you can even take a dolphin watching dinner cruise from a marina on
our little island. Their are boat and fishing gear rentals as well as a
bait store on the island. We are in the heart of old town Naples, on the
water, close to the beach, close to fabulous restaurants, cafes and entertainment.
