are queen beds in two bedrooms and twin beds in the third bedroom of each
side of duplex. The white wash wicker furniture gives a true island
atmosphere. One bedroom each side has double French Doors leading to large
rear deck. All linens are included.
OUTSIDE:
The
dock has five pedestals (shore power, phone, cable, water), six ladders
and Low voltage lighting throughout. The canal is deepwater canal 15-20
minute idle to Atlantic or Seven Mile Bridge. Full service marina available
in the canal.
The
duplex takes up most of the Cul de Sac for great privacy and space.
