The Master Suite: The spacious master suite of this spectacular vacation villa is the largest offered in the villa; perfect for Mom & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa. or those romantic honeymooners!  The exquisite floors and tile work throughout the suite evoke Spain’s Moorish influence. Painted in flamboyant colors and detailed with mahogany accents, the master suite is an invitation for both enjoyment and romance.
	Guest Suite 1: This amazing guest suite is located on the main floor, the same as the Master Suite which is on the opposite end of the villa. With the same breathtaking views from virtually every window, the luxurious balcony is equipped with a day lounge for reading or dreaming; you get to select which! Located on the eastern end of the villa, this guest suite welcomes the first morning rays of the Caribbean sun as they peak over the horizon. Sunlight filters through the property waking the exuberant vegetation to a new day. Of course if you want to sleep later than that, just pull the drapes to remain in blissful slumberland until you chose to get up.
Guest Suite 2  The middle floor of the villa is the level where the main living room, dining room and kitchen reside. Also located on this floor is a exquisitely private guest suite; the only suite located on this level. Perfectly located on the eastern end of the villa, this guest suite provides sweeping views of the ocean while overlooking the pool below. This guest suite has also been designed to include a separate twin bed, increasing the capacity to three people. The twin bed is perfect for that toddler who still needs to be in the same room with Mom & Dad, or for the third teenager in the room. Whatever the use, this will be a very handy room for your family group.
	Guest Suite 3  For those who enjoy the idea of mixing the luxury of the Victorian-era with the open spaciousness of the Caribbean, we have the perfect guest suite for you. Located on the pool level, this is one of the most secluded and totally private suites within the villa.  For the romantics at heart, our Caribbean Victorian suite is yours for the asking. Our most romantic guest suite also provides a spacious balcony accommodating extremely comfortable rattan furnishings, perfect for sipping an afternoon drink or for intimate conversation.
Guest Suite 4  Another of the lovely guest suites located on the pool level offers its own intimacy with a private balcony and spacious bathroom. Located closest to the Kids Suite, this is the perfect location for parents who feel they need to remain close to their little ones. Imagine waking each morning to walk out to the wondrously bath-water warm swimming pool. The pool is semi-Olympic in size so those morning laps will give you the workout you need to keep off the ‘Caribbean pounds.’ Take some laps, grab a towel and stroll through the manicured tropical gardens while the staff cooks up the perfect breakfast
	Kids Suite F U N, is undoubtedly the most accurate way to describe the feeling of this magnificent suite dedicated to the younger set in your group. Located on the pool level of the villa, the suite is only steps from frolicking fun, that Caribbean tan or just lazing about. With room for up to six (6) in this room alone, the kids find they have their own little kingdom. The walls within the kids suite have been hand-painted by a local artist employing a strong surfing theme. Images of giant waves, flowers and surfboard abound. Definitely light of heart, this room still boasts the tasteful décor and hand-made furnishings of the rest of the villa.

Deposit Requirements

The balance of your rental payment is due 30 days prior to occupancy date. Depending upon the size of your group and other factors, a security deposit of $2500 (USD), or larger, may also be required.
