2nd level 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 850 sq/ft condominium is part of a quaint
4-plex located in north Mission Beach approximately 100 feet from the peaceful
white sands of Mission Bay and 250 feet from the sands of Mission Beach.
The "Catamaran" 4 star resort is just ¼ mile north of the units,
located on the white sands of Mission Bay. All the amenities of the
water such as Sailing, Windsurfing, Diving, Jet-Skiing, etc are available
through either this resort or through the local businesses located at "Santa
Clara Point" just ¼ of a mile to the south
Parking
is available for one & more parking is available with prior notification.
New Furniture throughout, New Beds, New pullout sofa & a well maintained
unit is what you will find upon arrival.
These doors allow for a much larger living area, and this also allows maximum views of the bay. There is a TV, VCR, Stereo, & a full satellite system at your disposal, hopefully you will not be using it but enjoying our perfect Southern California Weather.

is a view of Mission Bay from the front door, bedroom, & living room
where during the summer months you can enjoy the spectacular fireworks
show of Sea World. Miles of boardwalk follow these beautiful shorelines
for rollerblading, biking or just enjoying our California sunsets.
Both
bedrooms have lofted ceilings with ceiling fans; the second bedroom has
accordion style doors that can be left open during the day.
