This
two-bedroom/2.5-bath, custom built, colonial-style private home on the
Mayan Riviera is in the town of Playa del Carmen -- in a beachfront section
known as Playacar. This neighborhood of exclusive, custom built homes is
near Mayan ruins, and enjoys low density population. Playacar boasts white
sand beaches and beautiful blue ocean waters.
Next to Casa M is a Mayan ruin park that is lit at night to emphasize its ancient beauty. You can sit on the terrace, feel the breezes, listen to the surf, and look out at the flocks of tropical birds landing in the canopy of majestic tree in the ruins. |

Enjoy
over-sized rooms and a 35-foot terrace which is partly covered for shade.
The sunken living room with pillars is very elegant, yet comfortable. It
has two built-in couches and antique furniture. The full kitchen includes
a microwave. The king bedroom has air-conditioning; second bedroom twins
and all rooms have overhead fans. Additional amenities include free internet
access and two 27-inch TVs with satellite. Cot available for the 5th person
or there are Mexican style built in couch with foam seating 12 feet long you may use A Mexican cook is available to prepare two meals, for one to four persons. You may choose the menu. The price is $40 (USD) plus the cost of the food. Waiting for you upon your arrival is your choice of chilled wine, cold beer, or soda -- free. We welcome small pets. A 300 us security damage deposit is required when you arrive, and the day of you departure, inspection will be maid and deposit return if inspection is ok. Cancellation
