Casa Marta is
a 18th-century stone building with three floors spanning roughly 325 square
feet each. It is located in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia,
province of Lucca, Tuscany), in the Apuane Park, 2321 feet above sea level.
The house does not have a lawn, but there is space just outside the French
doors leading out from the downstairs bedroom for a small table, sunshade
and chairs. There are two entrances, the front door which takes you into
the kitchen/pantry and the back door which leads to the downstairs bedroom,
as the house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two
on the other. The house is fully furnished with all new or antique
pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 19th century). The light fixtures are lavish
and we have provided a television (satellite), radio and CD player.

lovingly restored to a very high standard and is tastefully furnished in
the Tuscan style with exposed beams, terracotta tiles and stonework, but

garden which enjoys incredible views of the Appenine Alps, the backbone
of Italy. There is an upper terrace with garden, furniture and barbecue,
where many an al-fresco meal time can be pleasurably spent, sipping local
wine and absorbing the magical atmosphere. The private heated swimming
pool and terrace are perfectly situated for enjoying the beautiful views,

all respects of rural nineteenth-century style. It's the ideal base
from whitch to see some of the major sites of Tuscany. The railway station
is only 3 km and the bus is 300 meters. The freeway is 3 km. A small market
center and restaurants are 300 meters, every kind of store within 3 km.
It is a 70sqm apartament, on two floors. Beds 4+2. O the ground floor the
entrance, living-room, dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. On
the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Some lemon-tree

in the historical village of Bagni di Lucca, with a very large private
garden and private access to the river. The region around Bagni di
Lucca is called Media Valle - Garfagnana and has a multitude of lovely
spots and historical towns like Barga, Castelnuovo, Coreglia degli Antelminelli
etc... all at an altitude of 500m (1500 feet). This region has attracted
many illustrious British visitors in the past two centuries; Byron and
Shelley, for instance, visited Bagni di Lucca many times. The thermal baths
of Bagni di Lucca have been known for many centuries. Although Bagni di
Lucca is a small village, its 19th century dwellings confer to the town
