Daily maid service – 4 hours (or every other day – 8 hours), The Cleaning Service will include:

• Collect and launder used beach and bath towels (no personal laundry)
• Light clean up of kitchen counters, counter top appliances, stove, sinks, load and start dishwasher

• General pick up and light cleaning of common areas; collect and take out trash
• No personal services such as personal laundry, cooking or babysitting to be included with the daily housekeeping services
• Additional/excess cleaning as deemed necessary will be at guest's expense
• Guests will be charged for excess Propane costs
