The Lake
  • 3 bedrooms one house off the water
  • Sleeps 9 max
  • Brand new kitchen with terra cotta tile floor
  • A little Mexican flavour in the interior decorating.
  • Very clean and well maintained.
  • A small patio area out back.
  • 2 twins , 1 queen, a double bunk with a single and queen sofa bed
  • The living room has  large windows with a peek a view  of the lake
  • Ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace. 
  • The frenchdoor leading to the kitchen area, allows this room to be closed off for a privacy as a bedroom with the queen sofa bed.
  • fridge, stover washer dryer, full bathroom all linens.
  • Everything is suppled just bring your personal items
 
Rates

Sept-June
$500 weekly and a $75 cleaning fee,  or 150 nightly min 2 nights and a $75 
cleaning fee,
monthly rental $1500
July and Aug rentals WEEKLY ONLY $1800 per week
$400 refundable security fee
No smoking and No Pets
