Estates section of St. Thomas overlooking the main harbor of Charlotte

A large open-air terrace furnished for lounging and dining overlooks the 20x40 foot swimming pool and the ever-changing harbor view. kitchen is completely new, as are the baths. All the furnishings are new
and exhibit a look and feel of a Caribbean home, not a typical rental villa.
Two bedrooms and baths are on this level at opposite ends of the building
for privacy. The pool level contains one bedroom and bath and a large sitting
room that opens onto the pool deck. This room is equipped with a wet bar,
icemaker and cable TV/VCR. The fourth bedroom and bath are located on the
very private third level. Almost every room including the kitchen has harbor
views.
