furnished, airy and spacious, Villa P has 7,000 sq. feet of living space.
The second level features three air conditioned bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, rear outdoor covered patio, large living room with ceiling fans and retractable sliding glass doors opening onto the ceramic tile terrace. A staircase leads to the sun deck, pool, and beach access. The ground level consists of the Caretaker’s quarters (one bedroom/one bath), a large storage and maintainience area, and an Ocean Apartment (one bedroom/two baths). |

Rates
4 Bedrooms - Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom. We rent to only one party at a time - you will have exclusive access to the entire villa.
All rentals reserved with a deposit are guaranteed, even in the unlikely event the villa is sold prior to your rental.
Holiday and Peak Times include School Holidays and Recess.
Some Holidays may require a 2 week minimum or a premium rental rate. Also, Rates may vary depending on Length of Stay and Number in Party.
The Rates below are based on 1 Week (8 days / 7 nights) for 6 or less guests.
