Excellent Chefs From Lyon, France prepare all your meals as you desire, served in the privacy of your own room or in the dining area Resplendent with blue pearl granite floors and Murano glass chandelier from Italy. Selected beverages, Juices, sodas, mixed drinks prepared for you by your own bartender at a beautiful indoor black granite bar or served poolside at a beautiful fifteen-foot granite bar. Elegant dining is also available under a forty foot covered terrace over looking the pool and the ocean.



State of the art music system throughout the fifteen thousand square foot retreat. Music and Exclusivity will provide your soothing sound. Living room boasts panoramic view of the ocean, sunset, tropical flowers and Italian furniture featured in Architectural Digest. Floral gardens throughout, Gardenia and Jasmine lanai follows you right up to your private room.

Heated Olympic size pool surrounded by Coral Granite, Coral Umbrellas and Coral Cushioned lounge chairs. Beautiful full tennis court with viewing stands and lights for night time playing.

Licensed helicopter pad is on site, please inquire for transfers from St.Maarten/St.Martin to Exclusivity by helicopter.

Exclusivity has a staff of fifteen who are trained to be invisible until you require their services.

Full time staff is on the premises from 7:am until 11:00pm.

Night and day security is 24 hours.

Staff services available after 11:00pm are charged on a per hour basis. Check with concierge about rates.
