Seawatch Villas was opened in October 2000 after realizing that many visitors wanted to experience a Caribbean vacation without being in the hustle and bustle of the "town center."

Seawatch Villas is located along the coast in the middle of the island in the 'Heart of the most spectacular diving' in the Caribbean, which is protected by the coral reef. Snorkel, swim and dive all day long or bask in the sun, or swing in the hammock, whatever your pleasure you can find it at SeaWatch Villas. Upstairs is a 1&2bedroom/1&2bath oceanview villa with full kitchen, living, dining room and private patio, whilst downstairs is a 3bedroom/3bath oceanview villa with full kitchen, living, dinning room and patio. Come and Relax Cayman Style.

	Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, can opener, etc, All utensils provided, Living room, Dining room, Cable TV, VCR, Clock Radio, Ceiling fans and A/C throughout, Telephone, Stereo with CD player.

We can arrange all of your car rental needs. Guests receive 10% discount and 7th day car rental FREE.

Queen-sized beds in all bedrooms, crib, roll-away bed, linens, BBQ Grill, Clothes line for dive gear, Hammocks, lounge chairs, and picnic table on the beach, some beach toys and floats. Washer and Dryer in Laundry Room.
