These are private areas, just a few minutes' walk from villa, shared only with MD Villa and by occasional visitors to the Beach House on Botany Bay's 380-acre private estate.  And it's only a 20 or 25-minute scenic drive to town from this wonderfully-located villa.  If you yearn for serenity and peace far from crowds and traffic, is definitely the place...five stars
