Casa B is an exquisite, luxuriously furnished waterfront villa on Burgeaux Bay. It offers all the luxury and privacy to be had in a magnificent home. Complete with a fresh water private swimming pool, there is also a private walkway to the beach. A never to be forgotten experience will be cocktails or dinner on your own patio at Casa B, watching the tropical sun set over the glistening water. |

B can be rented as a five bedroom villa for 6 to 10 people with a fully
equipped kitchen in the main house.
It can also be divided into four separate units: a two bedroom two bath unit called the main house; and three studio efficiency units. Each studio has its own private entrance, mini kitchen, refrigerator, sink, all utensils and a large private covered patio for dinning and relaxing. You can enjoy the view of the setting sun and the sea from here. The studios have king or twin beds in each. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned for your sleeping comfort. There is a telephone in each unit for making local calls and receiving long distance calls. Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. We also have cable TV in each unit. |

If you would like to be on the ocean with the beach just yards away, consider staying at our Casa B Studios. This is a most economical vacation. You have your own driveway and private entrance into your unit. You also have a door opening to a panoramic view of the sea and your own large terrace. |

Your room is large and has beds that can be made up as twins or king. Each studio has cable TV and a telephone. A mini kitchen is in a corner so that you can make your own coffee, a good breakfast, and lunch. Keep your favorite beer on ice in the fridge and blend your own Pina Coladas whenever you feel like having one. We have a charcoal barbecue grill on the pool deck if you should feel like eating in. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Our
beach is called Burgeaux Bay. There is a public access road to the beach
about a short block from the villa. There are just a few villas on this
little beach. You can snorkel, fish and swim to your hearts content. You
can walk to Maho Beach or Mullet Bay during the day. Shopping and entertainment
are minutes away by car.
Just relax and watch the sun set every evening from your private deck. Claudia Dorset, our housekeeper will be there six days a week to clean your room and see that nothing is amiss. We have our pool cleaning service come twice a week to check the pool and vacuum it. The garden is tended weekly. You have nothing to do but relax and enjoy this lovely villa, possibly meet new friends, and have a great time in St. Maarten

Please notice that the efficiencies have their own entrance and private terrace. The large covered terrace is part of the main house. This allows us to rent the main house or the efficiencies alone. Each unit has cable TV and a phone. Six day maid service is provided. We have our own entrance to the beach and the view of the sea and sunset is fabulous! !
