Unfortunately
this apartment is not suitable for children under twelve due to proximity
to pool. The secluded cool and breezy interior has rooms that are highlighted
by pickled pine decorated in white and cool sand tones. Both the living
room and en-suite master bedroom open onto a sun terrace, which overlooks
the pool and gardens, landscaped with trees, palms, bougainvillea and many
other tropical flowers.
It is an oasis of calm and offers peaceful sanctuary in a truly relaxing environment and yet is only 4 minutes walk from the sea and beach. The beaches are amongst the best to be found in the Caribbean and the Barbados weather is generally good year round. You will be spoilt for choice, from the picturesque curve of Mullins Bay or one of the many other breathtaking bays that are cooled by the Trade Winds. |

The convenience of duty free shopping is nearby in the historic towns of Holetown and Speightstown. Please note that this property is non-smoking. A luxuriously romantic spacious apartment which accommodates 4 adults or older children. Undoubtedly its loveliest aspect is its elevated position amidst the tree tops. Bougainvillea cascades to the turquoise pool below. The terrace overhangs the pool with a stunning view of the garden that surrounds you. There is a fax machine and internet connection, all local telephone calls are free. There is an electronic safe in the master ensuite and a cordless phone that can be used by the pool. There is also private parking. Spend lazy days by the sparkling pool or swim in the Caribbean Ocean just 4 minutes walk away. Then as the warm Caribbean hush descends on this beautiful island retire to the open terrace running the whole length of one side of Casablanca with its own comfortable built in seating. Stretch out, unwind with drinks, nap, listen to music or just stargaze. Dine here in the evenings, the whole apartment lit softly by candlelight. Doors and shutters that fold completely back, allowing the outside to come inside, ensure that even in the warmest weather it is always cool and breezy. Ceiling fans are present throughout and the walls are adorned with original Caribbean art. The white picked-pine well appointed kitchen is fully equipped and the gourmet will find cookbooks containing authentic West Indian recipes. The apartment and grounds are well maintained and kept in immaculate condition by well trained staff comprising a maid who provides a cleaning and laundry service for guests and a gardener. |

Swimming Pool and Gardens
The swimming pool is an oasis of calm set amidst lush tropical gardens. There are various trees and palms, 2 lime trees and a large old African tulip tree with strikingly beautiful red blooms as well as an amazing variety of island flowers in glorious vivid colour. The gardens and pool are illuminated at night and are complete with pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The gardens and pool are maintained by a cheerful gardener. |
