Blue Bay Club, Off Beach Studios

Off-Beach 343 sq. ft efficiency at the Blue Bay Club & Marina (formerly Hacienda del Mar), built in beautiful Mexican colonial architecture, highlighted with a central patio filled with trees and tropical flowers, gardens and a swimming pool.  These units have a king size bed and a sofa, bathroom with shower, all have a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric burners, small refrigerator, flatware for four, cable TV and telephone, linens and utilities. Air-conditioned with window units, plus a ceiling fan in each one of them.  Only a few steps to the sandy beach. Our rates include twice a week maid service and airport transfers.

Amenities:

The resort runs a free shuttle into Downtown, only 5 minutes away and then, on to it's sister resort on the hotel strip.

LONG TERM RENTALS:  $775.00 monthly (min. 4 months)
The only other expense in your long term rentals is your electric bill.
