At the basement
there is a huge living room (ca 200sqm) with an area for looking TV, reading,
discussing or just relaxing and making plans for the next day. It is surrounded
by tropical plants so it brings the nature into your house. The dining
area is a raised place with a big round crystal dining table, place enough
for 10 to 12 people.
Right behind the dining area is the kitchen (ca 30sqm) fully furnished in teakwood and equipped like a high-standard western gourmet-kitchen. (Various grills, snackmaker, blender, microwave, 2 big refrigerators and freezers etc.. The basement has one guest toilet. |

stairway leads you to the first floor. Located here are three bedrooms,
including a large master suite room. A 7x7 m terrace overlooking the garden
and surrounding area, usable as a second living room, or as a breakfast
area watching a great sunrise.
The Main Villa has two bathrooms, one with a queen sized bathtub and an open-air main shower. The dependence consists of two elegant bedrooms with in-built bathrooms and a terrace. |
