over 7,000 square feet (including two huge decks), the villa comfortably
accommodates 12 guests. Of course, there's a large pool, as well as a fully
equipped home theater, a gym, an espresso machine, and many other unique
amenities that set it above and apart from other St. Thomas Villas.
The
villa's seasoned, on-site concierge will cater to your client's every need
without compromising their privacy. At the villa you can entertain up to
200 guests for weddings, parties or receptions, whatever the occasion.
***There is an additional impact fee which varies depending on the event.
**** We provide everything that is needed to create a spectacular event:
catering, flowers, music, etc. When catering to a group for an event such
as a wedding, we suggest renting the villas in tandem as the itinerary
may be scheduled by our concierge service. However, we will service them
at other villas that you arrange for them, as well as help coordinate hotel
accommodations, car rental, tours, etc. if you need. |

heart of the villa is its expansive Great Room, encompassing individual,
well-appointed areas for conversation, formal dining, media, exercise,
and a gourmet kitchen. |
| For
comfort or privacy, the Great Room can be fully screened or shuttered by
an on-demand electronic push button system. It is framed by native stone
archways onto the sunny 16 by 45 foot pool and its spacious tiled deck. |

The
majestic stone archways of the Great Room give way to the spacious tiled
terrace surrounding the 45' X 16' pool. Over 2300 square feet of sun decks
afford a stunning view of the harbor below.
Just
steps below the pool level out of sight of the main house is a second smaller
deck for sunning with a little more privacy. |
| Located
above the Great Room, a stunning spiral staircase leads you to two beautifully
decorated king bedroom suites featuring twin sofa beds (perfect for children).
They are well separated for privacy. |

Just
off the Great Room, in the west wing of the villa, is another intimate
and romantic king bedroom suite. |
| The
next king bedroom suite is located 12 steps directly below and is accessed
by a private staircase off the pool deck. |

The
secluded bi-level king suite (5th bedroom) located in the east wing of
the villa is available for larger parties and features an additional two
platform twin for sleeping or relaxing on its upper level, an alfresco
shower, plus its own private entrance. (Available only when full villa
is rented.) |

Weddings
and other special events up to 200 guests can be held at the villa with
an additional
impact
fee of $15 per person over and above the number of guests staying at the
villa plus a $125 clean up fee.
In
order to hold a wedding and/or reception at the villa the entire 5 bedrooms
must be rented
for
a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and arrangements for the event made
well in advance.
For
special events the refundable damage deposit is $750.
